At Kishani, we are committed to offering lifelong value and trust with every purchase. That’s why we proudly provide a Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy on all eligible jewellery purchased from us.

Lifetime Exchange Policy

We offer a seamless exchange process where your existing Kishani jewellery can be exchanged for any other product of your choice.

  • The value of the jewellery being exchanged will be based on its current market value.
  • The credited value will be added to your Kishani account, which can be used to make future purchases.
  • This value is not encashable.
  • Jewellery altered or repaired by anyone other than Kishani will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to adjust the valuation with proper justification.

Lifetime Buy-Back Policy

If you choose to sell your Kishani jewellery back to us:

  • The buy-back amount will be calculated based on prevailing market rates.
  • Payment will be processed via bank transfer within 15 business days from the date of receiving the product.
  • Deductions will include:
    • Making charges
    • Applicable taxes
    • Processing fee of ₹1,000
    • Discounts or free gift values offered at the time of original purchase (if applicable)

Value Determination at Buy-Back or Exchange

*Market value is determined on the date of return, exchange, or buy-back.

Important Notes

  1. Exchange or buy-back is not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, or tapered diamonds.
  2. The original invoice and product certificate must be submitted during exchange or buy-back.
  3. In case the certificate is lost, an additional fee of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will be applicable.
  4. If the original purchase included a discount on gold, diamonds, gemstones, or making charges, an equivalent deduction will be made before the final value is calculated.
  5. Buy-back is only applicable for:
    • Natural diamond jewellery valued above ₹1,00,000
    • Lab-grown diamond jewellery valued above ₹50,000

Shipping and Insurance

  • Shipping and insurance for product delivery to the customer is covered by Kishani.
  • For returns, exchanges, or buy-backs, reverse pickup is arranged by Kishani and is included in the ₹1,000 processing charge.
