Shipping & Exchange Policy

Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Please note that customised or personalised jewellery may take longer to process. If your order contains both personalised and non-personalised items, the shipment may be split, and the non-personalised items will be delivered first.
  • Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹449. Please note that international orders and exchanges do not qualify for free shipping.
  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
  • Partial Deliveries: In case you have ordered personalised items or gold jewellery along with other products, your order may arrive in separate shipments.

Exchange Policy (No Returns)

At Kishani, we do not offer returns. However, you may avail of our exchange facility for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging, invoice, and certificates intact.
  • Personalised, customised, or altered jewellery is not eligible for exchange, except in cases of defects or damage at the time of delivery.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • All exchanges will be processed only after quality inspection by the Kishani team.
  • In case of missing items during reverse pickup (e.g., multiple products claimed but not received), Kishani reserves the right to adjust the value of the missing items from the exchange credit.
  • Exchange will only be applicable if the new product selected is of equal or higher value than the original purchase.

Exchange Process

  • You can initiate an exchange request through our website or by contacting our Customer Support team.
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by Kishani and is included in the standard processing fee of ₹1,000.
  • Please ensure you are available for the pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If the pickup is missed or cancelled due to unavailability, the process will need to be re-initiated, leading to delays.
  • In rare cases where reverse pickup service is unavailable for your pin code, you may be asked to ship the product to our warehouse via a trusted courier service (such as India Post). In such cases, Kishani will reimburse up to ₹70 towards shipping charges.

Important Notes

  1. Exchange is not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, or tapered diamonds.
  2. Personalised and engraved jewellery, once sold, cannot be exchanged unless defective.
  3. For gold and diamond jewellery, valuation for exchange will be determined based on prevailing market rates at the time of exchange.
  4. Any discounts, offers, or free gifts received with the original order will be deducted from the final exchange value, if applicable.
  5. Evidence Requirement: In case of claims for missing or tampered items, a 360-degree unboxing video is required for us to process your request. Insufficient evidence may result in the claim not being honoured.
