Kishani – Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy

At Kishani, we are committed to offering lifelong value and trust with every purchase. That’s why we proudly provide a Lifetime Exchange and Buy-Back Policy on all eligible jewellery purchased from us.

 

Lifetime Exchange Policy

We offer a seamless exchange process where your existing Kishani jewellery can be exchanged for any other product of your choice.

• The value of the jewellery being exchanged will be based on its current market value.
• The credited value will be added to your Kishani account, which can be used to make future purchases.
• Please note, this value is not encashable.
• Jewellery that shows signs of alteration or repair by anyone other than Kishani will not be eligible for exchange.
• Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to adjust the valuation with a proper justification.

 

Lifetime Buy-Back Policy

If you choose to sell your Kishani jewellery back to us:

• The buy-back amount will be calculated based on the prevailing market rates.
• Payment will be processed via bank transfer within 15 business days from the date of receiving the product.
• Deductions will include:
  
• Making charges
• Applicable taxes
• Processing fee of ₹1,000
• Discounts or free gift values offered at the time of original purchase (if applicable)

Value Determination at Buy-Back or Exchange

Important Notes

1. Exchange or buy-back is not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, or tapered diamonds.
2. The original invoice and product certificate must be submitted during exchange or buy-back.
3. In case the certificate is lost, an additional fee of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) will be applicable.
4. If the original purchase included a discount on gold, diamonds, gemstones, or making charges, an equivalent deduction will be made before the final value is calculated.
5. Buy-back is only applicable for:
   
• Natural diamond jewellery valued above ₹1,00,000
• Lab-grown diamond jewellery valued above ₹50,000
  

 

Shipping and Insurance

• Shipping and insurance for product delivery to the customer is covered by Kishani.
• For returns, exchanges, or buy-backs, reverse pickup is arranged by Kishani and is included in the ₹1,000 processing charge.

 

To preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewellery, always handle it with care. We recommend removing your pieces before:

• Sleeping
• Exercising
• Washing hands
• Using corrosive or abrasive substances

Avoid direct contact with:

• Perfumes and fragrances
• Alcohol-based products
• Cosmetics
• Household cleaning agents (such as ammonia or chlorine)
• Intense heat or extreme temperature changes

Always be mindful of your environment to prevent unnecessary wear or damage.

 

CLEANING

You can clean your ALINKA Fine Jewellery pieces at home using the following method:

1. Use a soft brush and lukewarm, soapy water to gently clean the piece.
2. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
3. Pat dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners unless specified as safe for the particular piece or gemstone.

 

STORAGE

Proper storage is essential to maintain the condition of your jewellery:

• Store each piece separately in its original box or pouch to prevent scratching and tangling.
• Keep your jewellery in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Lay chains flat and secure their clasps to avoid knots or tangling.

Caring for your jewellery with attention and consistency will ensure it remains timeless for generations to come.
